Mires Beck Nursery employs around 40 staff on a full and part-time basis. The staff are generously supported in their roles by volunteers.

SUPPORT WORKERS

Working under the direction of a Supervisor, our Support Workers provide a caring and supportive, yet realistic working environment where our service users can develop skills, and grow in confidence and self-esteem.

You must have experience of working with adults with learning difficulties or disabilities. We require Support Workers in the following areas:

Steve is a man of many talents. He is a Support Worker with the Perennial Team and the Wildflower Team. He also drives the minibus taking people home at the end of the day.

Sandra is the Supervisor of the Herb Team. She has been working at Mires Beck for almost 15 years. She has a great team who take a lot of pride in all that they do.
