Disability Awareness Day at Mires Beck

Disability Awareness Day is the world's largest volunteer-led, not for profit, disability awareness event, held every year at Walton Hall Gardens in Warrington.

This day promotes a 'can do' culture, which focusses on what people who are less abled than others can do throughout work and life. It has 3 main aims:
To highlight what services are available for those disabled to help them stay independent
Promote the equipment and help needed to improve independence
Show the amazing things people less able are able to do!

All projects require fundraising and we are always looking for new sponsors and volunteers to help us realise the future aspirations to maintain the charity and help it to thrive. If you would like to help please contact us.
