This service user struggles with being unsteady. They have the determination to attempt all tasks and the team adapts to meet their needs. 

 

For example, this service user likes to move plants and to enable them to do so, they use their walker and the seat becomes a basket, this enables them to carry a few herbs at a time and keep steady and balanced while walking. 

 

A piece of cardboard is used to keep clean and give balance to the plants he is carrying. No task is impossible for this service user, as the team adapts to their needs. 

 

The service user can use the plant barrow, but the staff members give assistance to push and they give them a smaller amount of plants to carry. However, using their walker gives them more independence, and gives them a greater sense of achievement.
