Deborah
Deborah started working with us January 2020, just before everything went quiet! She says it was quiet for so long, but she is so pleased to see lots of people around the nursery again!
She feels a relaxed, calm, encouraging and safe atmosphere at Mires Beck, and enjoys the plant production. Deborah knows that the people she works with are some of the friendliest people she has ever worked with, and that the amount of work produced by the teams is incredibly impressive!
She feels that Mires Beck is so important for the service users to have a safe, secure place, and to have a sense of purpose.
Deborah says that her Perennial Team needs small tools (such as scissors and secateurs), and sweeping brushes.
