While working at Mires Beck, Nathan has greatly improved as he has been introduced to a workplace where he has learnt to understand the rules of working with other people in a team. Since improving, he has been a calm member of his team!
One of the reasons that Mires Beck is an amazing place, is because we enable vulnerable people to do heavy-duty tasks.
His focus is to concentrate on the job in hand and be less nervous when doing those jobs.
