Zoe
Zoe has been working here for 16 months, and she loves the supportive and friendly culture of Mires Beck. She loves being able to do a days work without computers and mobile phones, and experiencing nature at its best.
Zoe feels that Mires Beck is a tranquil outdoor environment, which provides a happy place for staff, volunteers and service users to flourish and support one another.
She says that everyone is friendly and approachable and all have the same common goal, which is to create a supportive environment for the service users.
Zoe says that sometimes the world can be a hostile place, especially when people are dealing with their own struggles. She believes that by creating a much more supportive environment, we can create a much less stressful place.
Zoe cares about the service users because she doesn't believe that anyone should have to struggle in life or feel like they don't fit in, especially if all of us, including her, are in a position to make a difference.
