An apprenticeship is a commitment to gaining vital experience for your future career path. It requires a dedication to turning a training into a permanent role. Selecting where you gain work experience requires you to consider whether you agree with the ethos of the company to represent your employer with enthusiasm to help the business grow. As both a successful charity and commercial horticultural operation, we are looking for candidates who want to work in a community based business with a keen focus on the environment. We would expect interested parties will have perused the website and gained vital insight into what is Mires Beck Nursery. We are working with an established training provider whose experience in managing apprenticeships is significant to our charity to save precious time trying to manage a process ourselves when more expertise is available through Hull Business Training.
